I actually stopped playing PC games after I started trading (many years back).

1] its more fun. 2] its with real m0ney.

only difference is, in pc games..you have control over game ...in trading u dont have any control over it..but can always change position & join hand with people who were your apponents just a minute ago & can reverse again if the current is against you.

Daytrading is a disciplined business.
If we keep discipline then we can earn, but over a period of time we loose our discipline and do trades with our judgement and again start loosing money. This generally happens with me. Dont know how many will agree to this

Occasional daytrades (cashing in one of its aspects) can increase the ROE for Swing traders.

you are absolutely right.

But along with indiscipline to stick to system,
bias & hesitation are disastrous.

Would you plz elaborate,i feel this valuable aspect has gone over the Head of many of us.

Provided you make a profit in DT - otherwise ROE will go down or you will lose your position. So increase in ROE is never a given.

Somewhere I read that 90% of day traders LOSE money ,5% make money and other 5% at break-even level.As expected it was an advertisement by an investment advising company.(Certainly you are in gainers list.)It was advertisement by them to avail their services.
