Post How to Decide Stocks for Intraday trading

I want to ask how to select some good stocks for Intraday trading , Some People or Sites says that it can be selected on basis of Price and volume changes, and some people says that intraday trading is all about news based trading

Which is True and if both are true than i know its very hard to get Reliable news on daily basis but i want to know how can I select some good stocks for Intraday trading on basis of price and volume changes.

Since I have lost 3 lac in last one year by trading on news based stocks, On Internet their are lot of cheating websites who says that 90 % success rate but in actual their is always possiblity of loosing 90 % of capital by following their tips.

So please if any body know how to Pick good stocks for intraday by change in Price and Volumes traded Please tell me

I know I have Posted a long query for a simple question but i wrote just to avoid those people who will post their sites link here by saying that you go on that site and you will get free tips over their, but my experience say nothing is Precious than my capital and i can not allow that to loose by following those free or Paid tips .

So Please suggest me how I can select stocks at my own

Thanks for reading my query and thanks in advance for replying my question with some good knowledge

Dear monu
Any stock advice given to masses whether on websites or business channels cant be fruitful for every one...

reason is simple- by the time u and i start buying/(selling) the recommended scrip some one else who has acted faster than us(may be due to access to vsat bases trading system) starts profit booking by selling/(buying) the same scrip which he had purchased(sold) before us.
apart from that some shrewd broking houses give buy/(sell)recommendation on a particular scrip which they actuallu wants to sell/(buy).

learn how to analyse on your own view ..instead of shelling out your money on others views...

so do home work ...stick to some books and learn it. ..don't forget to view cnbc ...for learning purpose only...such as terminology and news developments.

regards
suba

Dear friends,

I strongly believe that price and volume are good indicators for intraday trading but you should maintain a strict stop loss acording to your capacity. The rule of thumbs says it should be 5%(max.) of your invested amount.

yes but how could one know exactly what script is up on volumes , except from news channels , where more often than not , there is already profit booking taking place by the time you know a stock is up and trading big volumes .. it`s near impossible to be tracking all the scripts at any given pint of time .. iv been considering getting the trend mechanic software from technical trends , does anyone here have any experience (good/bad) with it ?

thanks

After 12/1pm see which are very low/high stocks from previous day [u can find this from nse-india site]- find out. Then find high quantity[volume] stock. Then deside buy/sell. Analyse with min quantity for a week. I hope you can get good result. Trade within 10mins, sure make a frofit. My advice is dont enter the market before 11am and after 3 pm for intraday. Just watch the market before 11 and squre off after 3. Wishes to enjoy with profit.
