GFDL In accurate data for MCX

Im using globaldata feed GFDL from more than 3 years..

But these days these people are providing wrong data..

check this below chart.

Now time is 11:11AM..
In hourly chart it showing 3 candle for Natural gas.. for nickel and crude 2nd candles.. it happened lot of times.

Plz take care of this wrong data providers...

dont believe these gfdl guys also...... dont keep ur hard earned money by keep confidence on these people also.. [/url][/IMG]

Can you post your amibroker preferences->intraday settings screen shot?

start: 09:00 end 16:00

these are correct settings.. and these settings done by gfdl.. and they also agree with my complaint..

not problem with my settings.. data came wrong cos of ticks in 1 minute..

but it should not come.

I m also using gfdl for mcx, i don't have this issue. Data is correct.

start time should be 10 and end time 23.55

check todays Natural gas... jan series.. u know.

even gfdl support checked my system and they told issue with their servers.. how it is worked to u.. funny..

may be separeted server for u...

im having multiple accounts with them.. all same issue..

another system timings 10:00 to 23:55.

Your chart image shows a name of a website : Are the charts from that site?
Where is the Data mined from for display of these charts?
You are violating Forum Rules by displaying name of a Commercial site in your Post!
Best would be to put up charts generated from your Software like Ami or Metastock with GFDL data used and remove these charts which are in violation of Forum rules!

I am also some times (previously) facing in this same problem (when the Net is slow,Now I changed my netpack plan )

First understand one think.This problem occurs at our end only (Net issue)..i am also using gdfl since 2010...

Once you facing this problem...what is the solution ?

simple ...

first logoff your GDFL ....

Delete all the symbols... and save the database..

re-upload your symbol list and Login GDFL...Bingo....its done...
