Dear Soumya,
After downloading database for ami, how to use it. Should we create new database with downloaded and unarchived folder or we have to import it in amibroker. I already have data from 2004 onwards in a database for NSE as I said earlier.

Dear Soumya,
I have downloaded all the three files from shared.com. File 1 I could unrar. But file2 and 3 are giving errors.When I try to unrar using 7-zip which did unrar file1 successfully. I get message as error in file ...... I have created new data base and coppied all folders and files from unrared folder. How to update beyond 30/5/8. Is there a composite update file for all nse, bse and futures available for the last five days?

Thanks for the data. I really wonder how u maintain such a good database with all the indices coming up. I do have certain difficulties in updating the nse indices and bse indices when the rest came up successfully. I download the nse EQ, FUT,indices and BSE EQ with pankaj latest downloader and world indices using tdi. the data is perfect and all are getting uploaded into ami except NSE and BSE indices where the format is also correct. Pls guide me where i went wrong. I also download your fut ieod from 4 s h a r e d. But i couldn't find data for 02/06/08 adn 03/06/08. kindly if possible upload that also. Thanks for your selfless efforts. ramash

Dear soumya, I got error for rar files 2 and 3. I have used rar file 1 only and updated from bse-nse2005 site. What is contained in rar files 2 &3. I get message error in files. How to get updates for ^bsesn, and other foriegn indices from jun2 onwards

In my database i have the following symbols under NSE indices as Bank Nifty CNX 100 CNX IT CNX Midcap CNX Midcap junior nifty Midcap 50 S&P CNX 500 S&P CNX Defty S&P CNX Nifty where as when i download nse indices using pkjha downloader i get the following ^CNXIT,06/06/08,4642.25,4681.1,4557.9,4571.3,10570109, ^CNXSMLCP,06/06/08,4501,4535.8,4411.5,4424.05,211425126, ^CRSLDX,06/06/08,3816.75,3816.75,3721.8,3730.5,287728347, ^CRSMID,06/06/08,6288.15,6288.15,6179.25,6193.2,72722477, ^NIFTYMIDCP,06/06/08,2423.65,2452.35,2391.35,2399.55,57082831, ^NSEBANK,06/06/08,6205.55,6308.7,6113.85,6140.05,12547222, ^NSED,06/06/08,3793.3,3846.55,3738.95,3749.2,121450584, ^NSEI,06/06/08,4680.55,4746.3,4614.25,4627.8,121450584, ^NSMIDCP,06/06/08,7783.25,7854.05,7622.05,7648.15,89974542, when i tried to add these to the database no error comes but data doesn't get updated from 02/06/08 till 06/06/08. similarly the same problem persists with bse indices. Kindly guide me on this ramash
