Shareguru or Echarts:Which is better?

Hello Traders,
Pls share ur feedback regarding these 2 data providers, i mean the service provided.I know the software and data provided is the same as of manshirt and databull but now manshi's service has gone from bad to worse:annoyed:.
They don't pick up the phone and do not reply to mails in case of any kind of problems.
I can only use software similar to provided by manshi (developed by clickteam i guess) as i have worked hard to adjust splits and bonuses in the EOD data and i cannot switch data provider now.

Kindly give any kind of suggestions and feedback regarding this.
i want to leave manshi and databull and switch to any other data provider which has similar software.I know 2 of them echarts and shareguru.

Its a signal providing company , i want only data no signals .

I use Echarts .so far good.
But you cannot expect the phone calls will be answered ,
But when a problem arose to me thru customer care it was solved after half an hour of struggle .
You cannot expect a service for 500/- like that of a 2000/ charging company .
You get what you paid for .
