Hi!

I am not getting real time quotes (Yahoo) even though I have enabled "Remember me on this computer"

Is anyone else also facing the same problem?

Thanks & regards,
Amit

YAHOO......

Today I have observed that yahoo finance is automatically updating quotes and charts. No need to have any software. Just log on to yahoo finance web site, give ticker code of your favourite stock and leave the web page alone and sit back and observe. All data (such as bid price, ask price, last traded price, high low for the day, volume etc. are updated automatically. This is not all. Even the chart is also updated automatically. Earlier, I had to refresh web page every time, if I had to get the latest quotes. At least in cash market of BSE and NSE now we can have live quotes and charts. A great relief to all those who do not have paid software and costly data services.

I once again say YAHOO

Hi! Munchikana,

Yes, I noticed it too. On the top of the page on the LHS, there is an option of turning "New Streaming quotes" on or off. By default, it's set to on.

Problem solved, thanks to Siva. The problem was that I was using Firefox as my default browser instead of IE. Had to change the cookie settings as well.

Regards,
Amit
