FXCentral and Autometa

This is just to record my troubles with FXCentral and Autometa. Their live NSE feed has been down since September 26. Their phone does not pick up. Their support emails are un-responded. And they have the attitude to tell me that they did not force me to sign their annual plans. As of now, the service is down for 2 weeks.

Please beware if you are signing up with these guys.

I finally got a response from these guys, and now they are blaming me for posting !! They have been down for 16 days, now they give me access with 4 days of history data !!

I asked them for a refund 1 week back, they never responded until today. What they will refund is still TBD.

Forgot to add: what they have done is to provide cash segment, futures are still missing.

he is expert in spinning yarn.He was banned in traderji after long delay.It seems you are not aware of his history.

SJD, get a full refund of whatever you paid or take them to consumer court.
Hopefully you have something in writing.

Its your rights to post or make a complaint, there is nothing wrong in that, yes i am too using their products but i am ok with limited history available as they offered me 15 days of compensation may be i like to demand more as i need at least 22 days of historical data to view my 4 hrs swing charts.

I asked same and they told me symbols with prefix " i " stands for futures and promised me new symbol list in 48 hrs.

You have failed to notice that I was not the only one who had complained then.

Do you mean to say that those who complained then, and those who are raising their voices now here, enjoy doing it?
Your warning is just too old and outdated and it have nothing to do with existing issue that happened and restored it seems you just want to attack their product for sake of attack.
