I can just open chart by clicking any symbol on left side. and 1min 5min 15min 30min h1 D1 all chart ready for technical study.
this is not real time data. atlest 1 min delay since data is featched fro google finance.
but enough for technical analysis

Yes, I am also interested to know how to do this.

Yaa it's MT4, You can use any MT4 which you can get it anywhere, no server login required. you can see MT4 is not connected to any broker.
Data is automaticaly feached from Google Finance when you open new chart.
in chart below i shown you can use many many indicator, Pivote point and RMO indicator shown on chart.


I am working further to refine this tool and make it easy
