WARNING Beware of Market Data Provider

Dear Friends,
I was planning to subscribe for realtime data from Market Data Provider and hence downloaded their demo. I wanted to get customer support for certain technical issues that I was having with their application.

To my surprise, I was greeted by the most rude customer support representatives I have come across ever. Please be careful about them. Maybe things will be fine with you.. but God forbid, if something goes wrong, then you may have the same experience as me.

I believe being polite to the customer at all times is the first lesson in business. Since they do not know this, I doubt their professionalism. The rest is left to your judgement.

that the demo support hours ae between 0900-1700 hrs

perfect tip

it seems money only speaks,this is rude yaar ,how come we recomend this software for others,begginers will be on tough time i think,they should learn how to treat a client,demo client only become paid client ,not every body will become direct paid client

I dnt know what went wrong at your end? I have been using their data from last 15months.

While using their application even in the begining period I was rarely required to ask support, Its application so easy to handle, all is done in auto mode. Moreover, the things are lucidly explained in the help files.

Do u find that any data vendor providing data free,?

The MDP provided free data for every1 for about three months(if I am not wrong). No body was cursing as long as data was free from MDP in tick mode for all clients Demo or Paid....!

They extended the validity of all their paid clients for three months.
I suppose all data seeker enjoyed free data for three months.

Probably, their three months Free data period is over now, and few people has cropped up cursing MDP.

If they indicate that the time slot for Demo clients is Fixed, then why my brother "perfecttip" U lost ur nerve?
Does 7th July, 2010, 1:48:37 mean at 1:48:37AM?
What if any body knocks at your door at 1:48:37AM, will you open the door without asking his identity?
So what if they asked U to furnish ur client ID?


I anticipate that U must have also availed Free data during this Free period, which has ended now?? Have'nt You?

By the way you want to work in Stock Market with data for ............."M O N E Y" ............OR for something else?
Does money matters for U either or not?

I did not have any complaints about their data. And i never used their free data. Please do not jump to conclusions. What I spoke about was their behaviour, not their data.

But definitely MDP customer care has a rude attitude, even as a paid client i have experienced it many times.

If I am not wrong, they gave free data to everybody from April,2010 to June,2010 absolutely free in tick mode all NSE and MCX both...!
and the Validity was extended for three months for paid clients.
May be U missed it.

I had fun with the support person today...i wanted them to change my plan and adjust the remaining days with appropriate amount in account but they didnt help.. :)
