eSignal's LiveRep not working on my system Pls Help

eSignal's LiveRep facility is not working on my system. Contacted them and followed their directions, but of no use. Any one here has faced the same trouble, plaese share how to resolve the issue. I am using IE 7.0

Whenever I try to access it, error no 403 is displayed. I think the trouble is at their server, but they are telling me that others can access liverep. So I am askingur help

of course, but I am looking to avoid making long overseas calls. usually they take too much time to complete a transaction

I just tried it and the live rep interface worked fine.

Since I was 3rd in queue and asked to wait for4 mins 20 secs but am still waiting after 15 minutes. ...there seems tobe some snafu.
