Data feed from I D S L India

The data from these guys is never updated till late night and not upto Sunday eve for Friday data(specially for Indices data). And if we approach them, they don't reply to emails either. If anyone is facing similar issue may be we can together take up the matter with them, since it is a paid service and once paid there aren't many options with you even if the vendor is providing poor service.

These guys are really unprofessional. Almost everyday I have to write an email to them to update the data on their server, they would update in 3-4 hours and would reply as if it was already updated. I wonder if there is anything I can do about it as I have already paid them for EOD data for a year; Please advice.

The better option is EOD2AmiBroker but it works with AmiBroker only.

As it downloads EOD + Indices data which ur software does. & about cost you will definitely know the differences

Have you used their Realtime software- IntelliChart RT.

Can you rate accuracy and correctness of their software.

Service from IDSL India is lot better now, you can try.
IntelliChart also works fine...
