YHOO Tick data Charting : NinjaTrader

I just started using NinjaTrader,

It provides ***** connection tick by tick data download and charting option and also programmable strategies, well have to learn them now.
Well If anybody is interested can look that,

I have been using it for the last 20 days. Seems ok. slowly gettin used to it. till then no comments

more than TA softwares, how we implement it in trading/investing once a signal is generated is more important than the software itself.

Free or paid, what matters is how one implements the strategies.

Well there are less number of options available for ready traders, but more options for programmers in NT 6.5.
Some freely available indicators are built by some programmers inthe NT forums site.
here is the downjones live chart 1 tick as I am testing.

I have tried it. The Ninja Trader site says if u had a valid eSignal subscription, then NT is free for analysis. I tried it with eSignal and it looks good. Not enough knowledge to comment on NT but the esignal guys earlier told me that they had a datafeed only version for NT with reduced subscription charges. I think they charge $85 + exchange fees for the data feed only version. That means a savings of about $40, ie. around 31 %. Seems a good bargain.

Free or not, I don't trust any software that forces me to do a web install. Unless you use esignal, it's 15 min delayed data from Y ah oo.
Throw it in the trash.

Hi,

I contacted Ninja support centre about the data feed from NSE (India). They recommended MF global and interactive brokers . Contacted MF global India. But response is not positive. Is interactive brokers serving in India ? If yes, Please let me know the contact details.

Hi, I have install NT 6.5 yesterday with eSignal. Let's us see how it goes. Before this I was trying NeoTicker with eSignal but it didn't work well for NSE.
