icharts people rude behaviour..

This is to inform all members of this forum.

i tried to make subscription for icharts real time after depositing money at a branch,i sent details.

we do not accept cash deposit ...what does this mean,is it that they are not going to accept money transfer by depositing on non local branches or is it something else like depositing cash by hand.

the guy who spoke to me was so rude,he was saying that "do you know english , can you read it and also that is your problem that is not our problem".

i was really shocked the way the guy was speaking.i was requesting him to take my words as feed back and understand what was written on website is not appropriate and has to be corrected but he went on to say that is your problem not my problem and cutoff his phone line.

actually,they could have simply made a statement that only cheques and demand drafts are accepted and also do not deposit in cash in any branch and any form of cash transfer will not be accepted.

so guys,don't deposit any cash in any branch.

lastly,if you call, don't get surprised if they are rude towards you.

Its very evident taht noboby replied toyour post regarding icharts. I know those guiys. I dont think they are anywhere near to being rude. Please check your self.

And yes let me remind you if dont subscribe to icharts that does not mean that icharts jaggernut will stop :D

did you read his full post,no person would try to explain if it didn't happen and his post don't really need any response as it is his own experience what he might have faced with icharts people.

one more thing,they have updated payment details in such a way that no one would get any further doubts regarding payment options,so now the question is what made them to update with more clear statements than before,what was the need for them to rewrite all payment options very clearly.

lastly,your response is very obvious you are involved with them in some way ,r'nt you Mr.:D

wake up people,,,,get hold of sum good software..these icharts & other stuff which are discused here are all 3rd grade stupid stuff..wh r uwasting ur time & money over all these things...i think sum people will never learn.

You have a point here. But before depositing you should have spoken to them. Cash transfers are rather risky on the basis of website proclamation. iCharts has certainly captured faith of investing community and now it needs to build a good set of ethics in dealing with Consumers and their
grievances and improve upon interaction.

When website says "Do not Deposit cash" it simply means that. I would have checked before depositing in any form.

Probabaly, iCharts might need to issue instructions to bank not to accept cash deposit on their account.

I am sure srikanth of iCharts , an old member of this forum, would be listening as good business practices would propel him to become leading chart provides of India.

So that you can mention those details on cheque or draft to avoid forgery.
At least that's what I understand. Named cheques are easy to get encashed in some other account with same name nut not those with numbered account mentioned in Pay to Column.

Anyway, you can post your queries to them as well and I am sure they would reply.

Guys if you are a serious investor then I think you should buy a Metastock or Amibroker software and it is advisable to buy data base from data vendors like VIRATECHINDIA which as far as I know is the official data vendor for Metastock and Amibroker in India. The investment may sound expensive right now but in my opinion you will find it is worth

ichart requires 100 rs. extra on the amount u are depositing in cash.
Because their bank(ICICI) charges them for third party cash deposit.
