There was no 'date' in BSE 04-02-2008. Please check it again.

04/02 & 05/02/2008 is also not proper with missing Full Name (I checked only BSE). Please maintain proper format as it might lead to unexpected junk. thanks for your effort till now.

Please download the modified data for 04-02-2008, the BSE data of previous data was missing the date.

Hi Tushar,
You can take a look at the BSE(and possibly other files) from previous dates. For instance I took a look at 1/2/2008(1st feb) file posted by you in this same thread and it is showing in proper format.

fixed 4 & 5th feb data just like 6th feb? can we use now?

u can use it as it is, it does not alter anything in your database.
