I have been cleaning my database by adjusting for splits and bonuses. This is simple in most softwares given one knows the split/bonus ration. But the problems are right issue, merger of 2 or more companies into one, and demerger of a company into 2 or more companies. How do one deal with these to rectify his/her database.
