Viratech provides the EOD data for mcx/ncdex. they also have data for US traded commodities.

hi rohan here
those who wants free mcx eod in metastock format here is a onetime hard process.........(dont miss any step) open www.mcxindia.com site click on bhavcopy(commoditywise) select desired contract, view it in excel format and download that file to pc now open that excel file (actually it is in .csv format) you will see the columns as follows Date commodity symbol contract/expiry month open(Rs) high(Rs) low(Rs.) close(Rs) PCP(Rs) volume(in 000's) value(in lakhs) oi(in lots) now select columns commodity symbol,contract/expiry, pcp,value(in lakhs) & delete them now in remaning column change as stated below, remove all (Rs.) linked with open high low close, remove (in 000's) linked with volume remove (in lots) linked with oi remove kgs,mmbtu, etc liked with numbers of volume now new worksheet will like this (date open high low close volume oi) save this .csv file in excel format we have done the half job. now open the downloader of metastock in tool menu there is convert option select it new window will as follow source file type - exel folder-..... file name -browse that excel file destination file type-metastock folder- select where to put this file click ok give the name to that file and we have done the process (do all the processes as stated upon) have a nice trading
