Threaten them that you will cancel your regular subscription ($127) assailing their charting software. Bang will come back an offer of data only package with a tracking number from one of their senior sales person. No business, especially american, responds to 'requests' where they stand to lose revenue.

eSignal has been pretty solid, just 2 outages in the 7 months I have been using it, even Reuters went down more than that, so its not tht big a deal.
Anyway, managed to get hold of Tick Data from Quotecenter, will be working on replenishing the database with Tick Data for the missing days. |

Had a chat today with Esignal, those guys say they do not offer data only packages anymore. They say esignal premier is now esignal basic. IS this true or is there a way around this to get data only package.

Again eSignal not working since 1:05PM today. A nice reason to cancel your trial.

The same problem here as well but no better option. Though I have NEAT feed as parallel datasource, there is no backfill option in it.

If you are trading on 5 min timeframe and above - Try viratech, stoxtrend - they both give backfill
