Threaten them that you will cancel your regular subscription ($127) assailing their charting software. Bang will come back an offer of data only package with a tracking number from one of their senior sales person. No business, especially american, responds to 'requests' where they stand to lose revenue.

eSignal has been pretty solid, just 2 outages in the 7 months I have been using it, even Reuters went down more than that, so its not tht big a deal.

Anyway, managed to get hold of Tick Data from Quotecenter, will be working on replenishing the database with Tick Data for the missing days.

Had a chat today with Esignal, those guys say they do not offer data only packages anymore. They say esignal premier is now esignal basic. IS this true or is there a way around this to get data only package.

The same problem here as well but no better option. Though I have NEAT feed as parallel datasource, there is no backfill option in it.

too many outages...and they dont even give the data later. unfortunately with all these they are still one of the best. so not too may alternatives here.

If you are trading on 5 min timeframe and above - Try viratech,stoxtrend - they both give backfill
