Merill Lynch acquires 0.21% stake in LIC Housing
Source: IRIS (26 October 2004)
LIC Housing Finance Ltd. has informed the NSE that it has received intimation from Citibank, N.A informing that Merill Lynch Capital Markets Espana SA. SV has acquired 1.59 lakh shares or 0.21 per cent of the total share capital of LIC Housing through secondary market purchase on October 09, 2004. The shareholding of Merill Lynch after the acquisition is 53.60 lakh shares amounting to 7.15 per cent of the total share capital of LIC Housing.
