Linus well said & unfortunately very very true....
Czar,
No power for just an hour!!! You are very lucky. In the outskirts of Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, we have power cuts for 41/2 hrs a day during day time, between 6am to 6pm. This is only in Pune,Thane, Mulund and Bhandup. The rest of the state goes without power for 12 to 15 hrs a day. So much for the efficiency of the government.
vps

Its a sad & bad state of affairs, if some hugh step is not taken here for immediate commencement of more power projects the future vision & big talk about India in 2020 will be just rosy dreams, we might go more backward than forward
