Question interst rates hikes JUSTIFIED?

Friends & Seniours

We all know that interst rates are continuesly rising by PC primarily for checking inflation by tightening liquidity in banks.yesterday Repo rate is hiked
by 25 basis point along with increase in CRR requirement by half percent.Further yield on CRR lessoned.

Since last 7 days we are watching Rs.stregnthen then doller bcoz banks went short of funds due to tax payments in closing and other reasons consequently selling of doller shoot-up, making Rs.Stronger.

we can see negativity in IT as well as Textile sector as their export earning effected.Further tightening of liquidity now gives week signal for IT,Textile & banking sectors on Monday.

Dont u suggest these changes could be taken in new monetary policy coming in April ?
