Traders aggrieved with the high-handedness of Zerodha should consider posting their complaints on the government's INGRAM site as well (Integrated Grievance Redressal Mechanism)

While the purpose of the above is primarily consumer complaints, aren't we, by nature, consumers of Zerodha's (mis)services as well? The website itself defines a consumer as "a person who purchases a product or avails a service for a consideration, either for his personal use or to earn his livelihood by means of self employment." There's money involved in brokerage service for which payment is being made by the consumer (trader).

Consider this site as a complementary redressal mechanism alongside your normal complaint options. If you want your voice to be heard, you've got to use every available source at your disposal.

By the way, today is World Consumer Rights Day.
