Generally the website gives 3 ranges.

1.The range most people predict.
2.Bearish range.
3.Bullish range.

Take your pick.

I think that they must be reducing points from 5pm onwards.

Not by time, when some individual posts his prediction, immediately the total reduces - this is what I have noticed.
