Why are Nifty calls high with market low

Has anybody noticed this, the calls are trading at relatively higher price (tad below as yesterday) even though the market is nearly 2% down???

Rollover in Sep series was on short side all the indicators are confirming short position and negative bias so market was heavily loaded on the short side. As the market history suggests market can't fall much if the market is heavaily on short side calls are getting better valuation and no major selloff is expected till the heavy short position are there in the market.
