Which time frame is best for daytrade

30 sec / 1 mt are the best. But it is very stress full. You can’t sustain for long.
I trade 30 sec / 1 mt time frame, in short bursts of say 30 t0 45 mts, take a break for 15 mts and start again.
Cheers,

What volumes do you trade?
Which software do you use for this kind of trading?
What kind of trading are you doing and specially in which market?

which time frame is best for daytrading...

1min, 2 min, 3min, 5 min....

pls share your valuable experiences..

thanks
More important question is how much time are you willing to sit the trade. In Intraday, idea is NOT to take one good trade that gives large profit, Idea is to hit-AND-run AND carry away small profits from fluctuating dynamics.

Your analysis time-frame must be twice of your target trade time frame.
