Probably is a reverse iron condor where his atm options are bought and otm is sold. That is because the market has fallen considerably. Won't be profitable if the market was dull.

Iron condors are gr8 way of trading but still there is no magic strategy. You still have to make a decision of whether the market is going to be volatile or not and that is where your skill in market reading is involved.
