What happens to price difference of various futures contract on expiry

My question is :

Today is expiry of Crude 19thFeb Contract. The difference between March & Feb contract is 60 rupee. Current international price corresponds to Feb contract due expiry today. So what will happen tomorrow with the March contract ?
