What do you do during trading hours?

I usually trade in the mornings till 1:30 PM and then leave office and will be back by 11PM, after that will go for sleep, So for nearly 14 hours I am with a computer screen, morning for my trading and afternoon for my job. If everything goes well, will be taking trading full time. Who knows whats in store for us, all in God's will.
