Weekly Daily Conflict

What does it mean if the Nifty shows a conflict in the Weekly charts versus the Daily Charts?

Check out the Nifty Weekly chart...which seems to go sideways....while the daily chart is trending up.

AFAIK, always trade in the same direction of the weekly chart. If the weekly chart is bullish, then look for buy signals in the daily chart.
