Valuation needed for SIB

Hi Guys,
I am thinking about buying a few shares of South Indian Bank tomorrow. Can you guys please help me with the analysis ?
How the company looks in the future, should i decide against it ? what price should i enter and what should be the SL and target ?

I know a guy have have invested a fortune in this bank, he asked me to take a look at this company, I started laughing and he hang up on me. we are not friends anymore :p
