TTML Open offer

I have to tender my shares in TTML open offer, I have some queries regarding the open offer.
1. They want me to credit the shares to the special depository account. How do I do that?
2. They want a copy of Delivery instruction slip? how and from where do I get this?
3. They want a copy of inter-depository slip (for beneficiary holders maintaining an account with CDSL). My Demat account is with CDSL and their DP account is with NSDL. How and from where do I get this copy?

If one wants to tender shaes in an oen offer what are the various steps?

1. u fill up a demat transfer form in favour of the special depository account and send to the address mentioned.
2. when u have opened a demat account, u might have got the transfer forms from yr demat agency. the form may be filled and sent
3. in the same transfer forms, there will be Inter depository transfer forms which are meant for such transfers. the same may be used
