The best place to find beta values for a stock is the Business Standard news paper. Just check out the stock quotes section where in the first two or three pages they feature a lot of properties like monthly gain, quarterly gain etc along with beta and PE for the stocks. But they don't give that value for each and every stock on BSE.
Nevertheless it should help you in finding some highly volatile stocks on NSE and BSE.
