Sharekhan has a good platform. No doubt in my mind. I however do only a few transactions there to avail the charting features. Internet has changed the way business is done. Many traditional brokerages are closing down. It would be a pity that Sharekhan does not see what's coming.... Closing eyes to oncoming train ofcourse does not help. Being competitive in terms of lower brokerage, or charging a fee for accessing the terminal is the way to go......
