Dear bro,

The point raised by saumyaranjanin is correct. This naked call writing shall be done when you are very sure about market movement. At 5300 expiry the cost of 5200CE shall be 99.95 and not rs. 5 as mentioned . 5200PE will be .05. In darivatives risk management is very important. Spread will work fine if you are sure about movement and also risk will be managed.

sorry boss i was talking abt spread & not naked calls. naked calls r too risky where i never try. My Nify strat. was 2 days back:

SELL 1 lot Nifty [email protected]

BUY 6 LOT Nifty 5000PE@71

Sold Nifty 5000PE@130 & holding 5400CE and 4600PE.


5000 PE 6 x 50 = 59 = 17700
5400 CE 1 x 50 = 9 = 450
4600 PE 1 x 50 = 5 = -250
----------------------

Total = 17900 (profit.)

thanks,you gave first time tips on 52oo ce.write this call that time you gave sl.from to update this call come down.each time you have not give stoploss.so those are not read that call,they are confuse about today position. Means what happen if market will go on.

I follow stoploss as per nifty levels in writing options, but when i am here then no need to worry. I will update you all if anything goes in reverse..

Just check the earlier post.. the same like may 5200ce naked option writing at 150 above with closing sl 5280 . its just an example like that .. the same only now given at 60... if we had orginally writed at 150 then at expiry we would be having 30% profits in hand..
