Upstox - RKSV - Trade in Rs 20 Max

RKSV, I'm getting vadalidation lag of 5 to 30 sec or more almost everyday for past 5 days. I've sent you mail, and in response you only made call, and said we will work on this. This is terrible thing. Also order at such instance cant be modified as hanged.

Looks like RKSV down? Data stopped, and now relogin not happening neither in TATA nor for BHARTI. Working for anyone ?

No discount broker is up to the mark these days. With Upstox, be prepared for multiple issues every week. I've already stopped trading with them because they've stopped caring about traders.

Absolutely, they don't care anymore about their customers. Only reason I am with rksv, moved most of my trade to zerodha but still with tem because of margin option selling. If you know any other good brokerage request to please answer this new thread,

if i buy the same equity in two segments (BSE and NSE) will it be shown as two separate quantities or get combined with average.

Just an FYI for those fed up of the constant problems on Upstox/Nest/RKSV:

Even on RKSV/Upstox's own forum, traders have been complaining about the crappy trading platform, with no resolution.

Aggrieved traders here may want to post their complaints there as well. Someone from the higher ups (if any) may notice and try to save their sinking ship.

That's your last resort to make yourself heard because I'm thinking, if Upstox management won't respond on their own forum then they might as well shut shop instead of pretending to be a brokerage business.
