Revised STT rates?

Just received an email from my broker that STT for "shall be charged at the Revised Rate of 0.1% on purchase & sale transaction with effect from July 1, 2012 for Equity Delivery segment of National Stock Exchange & Bombay Stock Exchange."

Is this only applicable for deliveries or is it going to be implemented on other trades as well?
