but Pydownloader is not working

Ah well...... the Pydownloader is working the way it ought to but there's no data available anymore to pull and process at google's URL end

I was using josh rtd utility.I came to know about pydownloader just 15days back and google killed it

Happens sometimes that just when you get to a party..... it kinda breaks up

instead of
<Date>,<Time>,<Open>,<High>,<Low>,<Close>,<Volume>

Is it because of Format file, then how to change/edit it

This is not due to the format file. The format file only caters for data import as per the supplied format. If you are using amibroker, then data will automatically be imported to the Ticker as per the file name. However, from your nick it appears that you are likely using an other platform. Will incorporate this in the latest release to cater for people using Metastock and other platforms!
