Presto OMS API Feedback.

I am considering using Presto API (Order Management API).
Has anyone used it? Please provide a brief review of the API.
Are there any downtimes? connectivity issues?
Can orders be placed and modified in a automated way Or some manual intervention is required?
If the server is outside broker network, how have you arranged data feed?

Also, (If possible) please mention which broker provided Presto API service to you.

We are considering Reliance as broker. Any feedback on them? Does anyone have experience with Philips Capital?

Finvasia also provides Presto API as given on their site. Also, you don't have to pay any brokerage I guess.
