Potential Banking License candidates ??????

I think in couple of months the RBI going to declare the final list of candidates to set up the banks. Recently, government and RBI officials unveiled that finance companies & NBFCs may get priority over other applicants. Hence, I think companies like IDFC, L&T & LIC Housing Finance would be in primary focus.
