Please suggest Cheaper API for accessing live NSE Data

NSE and BSE says that Data feed is not free and it is nearly 20 lakshs per year .

My question is that there are of websites ,mobile Apps which actually show live data on their User Interface .

Do they pay such huge amounts ??

Or is there any small pricing avialable .

I am in plan of making a open source Mobile Application , for which i require live Data , tried YQL but it is buggy .

Could you please suggest me any cheaper API ??

i m also searching for same for NSE, MCX, NCDEX, MCX SX & NSE Cash....if anyone than...pls. let me know...i m looking for same purpose..i need real time fast & stable data...
