Nse server technical issue!!!! what happen to traders

hi,

On October 5, 2012, NSE down suddenly due to emkay shares fake order.
That time many of traders loss. i also loss more than 5000/- due to all shares hit stoploss suddenly. ( i traded only small qty, so i loss only 5000/-)

On August 02, 2013, our stoploss and pending orders cancelled automatically due to nse server issue (i got message from my trade " due to technical issue in nse server")

So technical issue comes at anytime, ...
so technicall analysis, discipline, fundamental, all are waste !!!! in this problem. :annoyed:

No.....for the first date Nse is not responsible.....,bcoz when the news spreads about emkay market falled sharply....

for the second date Nse is responsible and if u incurred any loss due to NSE server problem ur money is paid back.sometimes triggered orders on server down day are all cancelled.
