Neutral Options Trading strategy

#1
Hi All Traders!
I am beginner in options trading. I went through some neutral option strategies available in the internet but all of them explains the strategy in point of view of exercising the contract. As more than 90% options trader do not exercise the options, I too am not interested in exercise but squaring it off at profitable premium. As I said the strategies were all explained in supposing the contract will be either exercised or expire worth less, I being beginner I find it very difficult to understand the strategy so explained. So I humbly request all the respected Traderji members to post here Neutral strategy(that works both in trending-bull/bear, and trading market situation) with simple example keeping in mind that contract will be squared off with maximum profit/minimum loss for the benefit of all the new trader and at the same time honing their skill.

Thanking you in anticipation :)
