My yahoo mail account is hacked..se

Hacker has deleted contact list from my yahoo mail account,and is sending fake SOS messages to my friends,asking monetary help.I have changed password several times.I have used spyware removal soft wares to remove spywares too.But mails sent to me do not reach my inbox.When I try to send mail,only 1st line of text appears in the mail.Pl. help.Yahoo settings indicates that a hacker is accessing my account from IP located in Bangalore.

Consider terminating your account by going to Yahoo help/Yahoo Account termination page. you can create another account with two factor authentification.
