had a bad day in bnf. made a lot of mistakes..
1.will buy above this level as obv was above pdc , and above 200 ema. price also the same.i.e. @ 25470
2. sl 25429-3= 25426
3. trade triggered.
4. sl hit.
(didnt made the short trade)
5.will go long above 25426+3=25429
6. sl at 25373-3=25370.
7. closed poition at 25441

A belated happy new year to you all..
below is the chart of trades done as per vk sir's obv method.
1. pivot high created above 36 ema also obv went above pdc. so ll go long above that i.e 10643+2=10645
2. sl 10634-2=10632.
3. here as we can see a smll divergence is created. incase short trade activates then this ll be our sl. i.e. 10647+2=10649.
4. A pivot low is created (after the divergence). also obv touched pdc. hence ll go short below this level..i.e. 10637.5-2=10635.5
5. trade is active. previous trade stop loss hit.
6. booked at 10605.

There is a small hidden divergence (Stochastics) on daily. It is at the top of Bollinger band, and over bought. It could fall.
Btw, what is the rationale for breakout?

below is the attached chart of nifty traded.
1. could have gone long but refrained as obv was below pdc and also 36 and 200 ema were getting closer.(high volatility)
2. clear case obv went abobe pdc, 200 ema and a pivot was made above 36 ema. so going long above 10639+2=10641.
3. stoploss maintained at 10631-2=10629
5. trade triggered.
6. tgt of 10661 was achieved but by the time i was able to book it was 10670.
