Mt4--10 min time frame

Anybody know how to create 10 min time frame ? i read the Mr.Rajendran's(MARKET CALL'S) article but i dont understand, pls anybody tell me how its create ?

it can be done.

download this indicator... http://depositfiles.com/files/c28p5pbaz

open M5 chart and put the indicator on it.
next go to properties>color> set background and all bar color option into black.
