Metastock chart display issue!!

Hi everyone , I was using metastock without any problems till the time I reinstalled my windows however after that when i reinstalled metastock i am facing an issue that after the conversion of the data with downloader when I open metastock it only displays the lastest day chart ( I mean that apart from the latest days chart which is a single bar I am unable to see any previous data) I tried my best with all the options but could not work out this problem .. can any bdy or the moderator please help me regarding this? Thanks in adavnce..

Go to Control Panel
Date and Time
Change by trial to MM/DD/yyyy or DD/MM/YYYY

{I suppose that u wud have already tried by changing chart options if there is any mistake}
