U can use SpiderIris for real time data but it is not free. U can use this data only in their software.

I use metastock for EOD Indian Market. I download the EOD from NSE site, pre-process with a simple perl script and then import using the downloadder.

Hi
For converting data into MS format use data downloader of MS. Go to Tools menu of data downloader and then go to convert option of it. Give correct source & destination paths. Destination path should be the dafult data path of MS.
