Hi Some confusion here
Since price is moving within range of first candle but 2nd candle broke first candle.
1. Can we mark this as mph? ( I think we should but not sure)
2. Can we also mark this as VPH as yellow line (mPL) was broken?

The blue circles are the points where VPs are formed (according to my understanding).
I think lower VPH and VPL, so short the mpl.
