Hi All, I am having an online Trading account with Kotak Securities and my account got locked a week back. The customer service mentioned that I entered password incorrectly more than 3 times and which is the reason why it got locked. They said that they have sent the new password by courier on FEB 13th. Its been around a week now and I havent received the courier yet. If any one has faced similar issues before with kotak, please let me know how did you get it resolved. Their toll free number to the customer service is of no use.
