Sahi bola. :d
Please do not listen to such rubbish. While fruits have a good amount of vitamins they are also loaded with sugar. Its a myth that eating fruits are good for ones health. This is good only upto an extent depending on the fruit you are eating. Fruits that are sour are good. The fruits that are sweet are actually counter productive. The sugar in the fruits end up loading the tissue with free radicals as by products and the net effect of vitamins and anti-oxidants present in the fruit are nullified neutralizing these free radicals. Point is that not all fruits are good. Only some fruits are good.
Oils are NOT bad. Its another myth that dietary fat leads to fat in the blood. This is total rubbish again. Dietary fat has nothing to do with fat stored in the adipose tissue. 40-50% of my daily calorie come from fat and I havent a trace of any ailments that are attributed to fat. Fat is very essential in hormonal balance of the body. Many of you would not know that YOU MAKE A MAN BECAUSE OF FAT. Take fat of from your diet for a month and you will know what im talking about.
And please remember that doctors are not Bio-chemist or scientists. Everything they say need not be true. There are a thousand research papers that say fat is good. To say Oil is bad is saying fat is bad.
The human body is made only to do few things. Eat, look for the next meal, produce off spring, keep oneself safe and to SLEEP. If you go purely by what scientists say then you should sleep every time you are tired and feeling sleepy. There are no set rules. Your sleep requirements are completely dependent of the amount of work your brain is doing. The more it does, the more sleep you need.
Just to tell you an interesting fact.. At any given point in time, only about 2-3% of the neurons in your brain is being used. If you end up using any more than this, then your brain would need so much glucose to keep you going that you would end up fainting almost immediately. This is exactly what happens when you are shocked by some news. Your neural path ways go into overdrive mode to process the hows and whats and you end up fainting due to lack of glucose. It take a bit of time for your body to re-allocate glycogen levels.
Sleep as much as possible. Sleep makes your brains sharp. Ideal thing to do is to sleep when you are sleepy and wake up when you have had enough sleep than wake up with ringing alarm clocks etc.
One of the best posts on this forum!
But I am sure, ST has about 25 % neurons being used , much more than us mere small traders who have 3 % neurons working for us.
So, now I know, that I should sleep when I feel drowsy, and stop looking at that stupid television when feeling sleepy.
That is total crap from Dr Tarehan. He himself is a smoker. Second, like all doctors he has the illusion of being a scientist, convienently forgetting that essentially a surgeon is no better than a car mechanic. Instead of car engine, he finds problems in human heart, and robotically fixes them - albeit human body is far more complex, hence requires 5 years training minimum. Thing is, we value our lives more than cars, therefore, give more value to doctors than car mechanic. Just like the stutus difference we preceive between a bus dirver and airline pilot. Second, all the latest medical research on average is already 5 years old before they become part of doctors day to day practice (recorded fact). Take for example the research on oils. It has been emprically proven now that cold pressed olive oil, unrefined mustard oil (the villagers use) are acutally good for heart - better than all the saffolas etc we city people consume after listening to TV ads! Even desi ghee and butter are good for your heart and general well being, if you are very active physically like a farmer! Thanks to the internet and swift communication, this 'consult your doctor before ' kind of doctor&pharma company nexus is on its way to disintegration.
The two Golden Rules I MUST never ever forget :
1. Never open a position in the market without knowing exactly where you will exit that position.
2. Cut your losses short and let your profits run.
Day Trader Vs Swing Trader Vs Trend Follower :-
1. Day traders:
Can trade all day
Love active trading
Can make decisions quickly.
Enjoy screen time
2. Swing Traders:
Buy weakness in an up trend
Sell into strength
Hold positions overnight
Prefer a smooth equity curve
Buy low & sell high
3. Trend followers:
Follows the long term trend.
Will risk bigger drawdowns for bigger profits.
Let winners run.
