John Murphy Chart pattern recognition

Hi guys, i just downloaded John murphy chart pattern recognition.

I tried its expert, nothing happened on chart,
checked commentary, says no signal detected on last bar.

tried two explorations, of confirmed entry signal and unconfirmed
and again 100% rejections.

Anyone knows how to use this..

Run metastock>choose the explorer from the tool menu>click options button in the explorer dialog. Make sure that you have "load<500>records" selected>click the ok button. Hope this should solve your problem.
